Experienced HVAC Care for Vintage Reserve Homes

Heating and cooling service from Reese Mechanical Inc. for your area.

Almost every house in Vintage Reserve was built after 1999, and a large share of them are four and five-bedroom homes. Many of those big floor plans still run on the equipment they were built with. We provide trusted HVAC services to Vintage Reserve homeowners who want a clear picture of what their system needs before any money gets spent.

The Kinds of Properties We Work On in Vintage Reserve

Reese Mechanical Inc. works on the newer single-family homes that make up most of Vintage Reserve and on the small apartment buildings mixed in among them. A good number of homes in the neighborhood are rentals, so we coordinate visits between owners and the tenants who live there.

HVAC Challenges Specific to Vintage Reserve

Size is the obvious one. Upstairs rooms in a large two story home can run several degrees warmer on a Murrieta summer afternoon, and the fix is not always a bigger unit.

Age is the quieter challenge. Original equipment here may be twenty years old or more, and some units from the early 2000s were designed for R22 refrigerant, which is no longer produced. That changes the math on any refrigerant repair.

Our Approach for Vintage Reserve Customers

We handle heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and heat pump repair under one roof. Before any work begins, we tell you whether your equipment is worth restoring or whether a replacement would serve the house better and why. Our roots in the trade go back over two decades, as our company background explains.

Scheduling and Access Here

Homes like these often keep the indoor unit in the garage or attic, so clear access saves time. For rentals, tell us who will be on site and who should get our findings, and we will plan the visit around the tenant’s schedule.

About Vintage Reserve

Vintage Reserve sits on the east side of Murrieta near Margarita Road and is home to Vintage Reserve Park. It is on the opposite side of Interstate 15 from our Murrieta HVAC office on Jefferson Avenue. Because the neighborhood went up over a short run of years, neighbors often face the same repair or replacement decision within a few years of each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Vintage Reserve home still has its original air conditioner. Should we replace it?

Not automatically. We weigh age, repair history, refrigerant type, and repair cost against a new system, then give you our honest read.

Why is our upstairs always warmer than the rest of the house?

In larger homes it usually comes down to airflow, duct design, or thermostat placement, so we check each room before suggesting new equipment.

Indoor air in larger homes. Our ventilation design and maintenance work targets humidity, dust, and pollutants, and in a house this size it can explain a stuffy feeling that no thermostat change fixes.

If your Vintage Reserve home is due for a look, reach out and we will set up a visit.
